CUIB Partner with Advanced Vocational Training Centre Limbe
The Catholic University Institute of Buea has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Limbe Advanced Vocational Training Centre; the MOU was signed by the President of CUIB and the Director of AVTC Dr. Tembong Danis Fonge.
The aim of the memorandum of understanding is to facilitate cooperation between the two institutions such that they can have exchange of services which will be mutually beneficial to both parties.
“The Understanding is to create cooperation between the two institutions, we are training in 8 departments which are also found in the Catholic University Institute of Buea and we felt that it is of the interest of the trainees to benefits from the facilities we have and also our students come to CUIB and benefit from the personnel’s the Catholic University have.” Director of AVTC Dr.Tembong Danis Fonge told the press.
According to the president of CUIB, Rv. Fr. George Nkeze Jingwa the Memorandum of Understanding between CUIB and Advanced Vocational Training Centre Limbe will go a long way to impact on the careers of the students.
