Office of the Vice President: Academic Affairs, Research and Cooperation

WELCOME MESSAGE

It is an honor and privilege to serve as the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Research and Cooperation at the Catholic University Institute of Buea (CUIB). As the premier entrepreneurial university in the country, CUIB’s holistic model of education that blends academics, entrepreneurship and spirituality is one of a kind. The Afro-american model produces graduates who have proven to be job creators rather than job seekers, who continue to leave their footprints all over the world.

CUIB’s team of faculty members maintain a close relationship with the students playing the role of lecturer, coach and mentor. They engage in research projects with the objective to develop innovative solutions that address societal needs with community impact. Partnerships and collaborations with national and international institutions, organizations and companies allow CUIB students the opportunity to engage with industry and gain a lot of exposure long before they complete their studies. The university strives to transform all those who are privileged to be a part of its community with its notions of servant leadership and social teachings. I invite you to explore our website to familiarize yourself with all that CUIB has to offer and aspires to achieve. You can find more on my background here.
