CUIB 2017/2017 Convocation Ceremony & Parents Day Set For Friday 17th November 2017
Preparatory activities ahead of the up coming 2017/2018 convocation Ceremony and parents Day at the Catholic University Institute of Buea and CUIB A &T scheduled to take place on Friday 17th November 2017 has intensified at the Molyko Campus of CUIB.
The preparatory activities that started on Wednesday 15th November 2017 are expected to end on Thursday 16th November 2017. The activities include March pass by the various schools, colleges and the Elementary Academy, choir and band rehearsals just to name but these.
This year’s convocation ceremony is special in that it will include the CUIB elementary academy whose pupils will be taking the convocation oath for their very first time. The pupils who are part of the celebration are an arm of CUIB which is aimed at developing the talent of kids while given them sound education based on an entrepreneurial foundation.
CUIB A&T is the first and only Elementary Academy in Cameroon under a university and the parents will for the first time in the history of CUIB, watch their children take the convocation oath. This day will equally be commemorated as the parent’s day; a day where parents of students and pupils are invited to come and see the operations of the university and above all have a feel and mutual connection with the management and faculty members of the institution.
