CUIB Guest Speaker Teke Samuel enjoined students to be positive in life and remain focus.
Students of the Catholic University Institute of Buea Campus have been called upon to have a positive mindset and to kick the box out for success is not only in the classroom but it all begins with a change of mentality.
The call was made to the students by Mr. Teke Samuel, the first Guest Speaker ceremony for the Second Semester 2018/2019 academic year which had in attendance the Deputy Director of CUIB Buea Campus Mr. Mukete Mbella, SG of the Buea Campus Secretariat Mr. Ngah Dickson amongst others.
Speaking to the students Mr. Teke Samuel enjoined the students to belief in themselves and never give up in life for they should know that their challenges are stepping stones to their success and should always try to find solutions to every problem that comes their way.
According to Mr. Teke Samuel the best way to become successful in life is to provide solutions to societal problems and as students the classroom is limited in providing solutions to societal problems hence, they should not limit themselves to the classroom.
“I want students to know that to succeed in life you must have courage, if you want to fly, fly like an eagle, if you want to fight, fight like a giant for success requires courage” Mr. Teke Samuel concluded
Deputy Director of CUIB Buea Campus Mr. Mukete Mbella on his part reminded the students that their lives are in their hands and they should have a positive way they look at things for only a positive mind can come out with creative solutions
