Reverend Sister Mary Ole Kombe, Vice President for Personnel and Administrative is responsible for all administrative, personnel, compliance, employee relations, labor relations, faculty and staff development functions of the University

Reverend Sister Mary Ole Kombe, Vice President for Personnel and Administrative is responsible for all administrative, personnel, compliance, employee relations, labor relations, faculty and staff development functions of the University and provides advice and counsel to senior leaders on a range of matter relevant to realizing the mission and vision of CUIB. Sr. Mary has a background in Theology, Spiritual Formation and Education. She holds a Master's Degree in Religious Sciences and human development/leadership certificates. Prior to joining CUIB, she served as the Superior General of the Sisters of St. Therese, Diocese of Buea; the Principal of Christ The King College, Tiko; Teacher at the John Paul II Institute of Theology (JOPASIT); Registrar of Examination for the Secondary Schools in the Diocese of Buea:Project Coordinator for the Diocese of Buea; Secretary and President of the Conference of English Speaking-Religious of the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda (CESR) and the Formation Director of the Sisters of St. Therese. As a leader, Sr. Mary believes in the call to service. She brings her access to intuition and foresight as well as her understanding of pragmatic measurements of outcomes to support CUIB mission in "preparing professional servant leaders with moral and spiritual values to contribute to the sustainable development of their communities"
