  • Provides and manages internet access to registered students through a wireless hotspot network, accessible on campus.
  • Provides (hosting) and manages students, faculty and staff’s corporate email accounts.
  • Manages the university databases for proper data minding.
  • Maintenance of the campus intercom system.
  • Maintains and manages the e-Learning Platform of the university.
  • Hosting and managing of university’s website (i.e designing and updating of website)
  • Manages the university’s computer laboratory.
  • Diagnoses and repairs the university’s office equipment like computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.
  • Review and approves requisitions for computer/electronic related devices from all units.
  • Reviews and recommends internal and external proposals related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to the university.
  • Execution of ICT related projects for the university.
  • Installation and maintenance of university’s local servers.
