CUIB Elementary Entrepreneurial Academy embodies around three main pillars of an entrepreneurial education.

1. Attitude: Creating self-awareness and building self-confidence in an individual’s ability to take initiative and risk, think critically and act wisely.
2. Knowledge: This will permit pupils to have knowledge of career opportunities and world of work and address needs of the communities in a Global world.
3. Skills: Impact pupils with communication, presentation and planning skills furnished with effective team work collaboration.
4. Capability: This is where a pupil is can broadly demonstrate what he/she is capable of doing, how well he/she can manage in situations and talk about “The Solution Is” not “The Problem Is”.
