PROFILE OF JESSE CARLTON HAPPY NDONGO

Jesse Carlton Happy Ndongo, born on the 1st of August 1992 is the eldest son of a family of Five. Holder of an Honors degree in Business Management, he brings his life purpose through three major occupations:
1) Philanthropist
In 2013 he started a foundation called Carltonsmile Charity that seeks to be the gap between the generous and the needy. The organization is currently working on providing scholarships to 100 Orphans in Maroua that lost their parents during the war against Boko Haram.
2) Motivational Speaker
He has been operating as a Team Building facilitator, motivation speaker and Author through his company named: CT Consulting, a firm that now specializes in personal & Professional development. Through their « Chasing the impossible », Jesse & Team seek to enable their clients bring out a better version of themselves to build companies and brands that are up to the global challenge. CT consulting today cumulates over a hundred speaking engagements across Africa, Europe and USA. Under the Nickname « Mr. Africa », He has now published 2 books. A printed edition entitled « The What, Why and How of Charity » published in 2015 and an Audiobook entitled « Story of a Speaker » published in December 2017.
3) Marketing and Commercial Director
Finally, Jesse is the Marketing and Commercial Director of a leading Events and Marketing Firm called EasyGroup. Currently under contract with majors like MTN, Guinness and cumulates over 1000 events in the past decade from Corporate to major concerts.
