YOUR HEALTH
The health of CUIB’s stakeholders is dear to CUIB and it is a top priority. Here, you will find some resources which will be helpful in maintaining your health.

Regularly wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and/or use hand sanitizer. This will help kill the virus that maybe on your hands.
- Cover you mouth and nose with a face mask.
Maintain 1 meter distance between people around you.
Avoid crowded places
Avoid touching your nose and mouth. Your hand touches surface and if not washed thoroughly, the hands can transfer the virus to your nose, mouth or eye which will later on enter your body and infect you.
When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or use a clean tissue. Dispose the tissue after use and wash your hands thoroughly.
Stay at home and self-isolate even with minor symptoms such as headache, cough, mild fever, until you recover.
