This department is responsible for providing middle level and high level data/statistics to aid management in taking critical decision. It controls the university’s student, faculty staff, and alumni databases, and also manages other critical data which aids in decision making and operational continuity.

It also manages the university’s academic portal, which entails management of finance, academic courses, and other activities. The focus on this department is to ensure that students are able to remotely (using the Internet) acquire all relevant information pertaining to their stay at CUIB.
