Caroline Nenty Enoh is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Private Law from the University of Yaoundé 11 Soa. She further read Science of Administration where

Caroline Nenty Enoh is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Private Law from the University of Yaoundé 11 Soa. She further read Science of Administration where she obtained a Professional Master Degree in Science of Administration. Specialization: Human Resource Management from the Advanced Teacher’s Training College for Technical Education (E.N.S.E.T) University of Douala. She worked with 3N On and Off Shore Company Douala (a contracting company with Cameroon Pipeline Corporation) in the Human Resource Department and was in charge of the Human Resource Management. She later embarked on teaching where she merged her practical knowledge and skills and the theory in the classroom. She taught courses related to Human Resource Management in some higher institutions around Buea before joining the CUIB Family as an assistant lecturer in  October 2013. Two years later in 2015 she was appointed as Chair in the Department of Human Resource Management and Employment Relations .Her current teaching subject areas include: Strategic Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management, Employees Training and Development, Recruitment and Retention of employees, Gender and Diversity Management. She has hands –on experience of supervising students at the undergraduate level. Her research interest is on The   Human Resource Management Practices in the Health sector (Private and Public).Her most recent  approved  article entitle “Examining the Impact of Employee Retention on the Performance of the Health Sector: A case study of Faith based organization-Non for profit Hospitals in Fako Division”. is pending publication with the Academic of Science Journal.ISSSN:2456-2394 Fulltime Faculty Professional Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management Email:cnenty@cuib-cameroon.net Tel: (+237) 677 441 905
