Projects at SIT aim to develop innovative solutions to the world’s most daunting challenges in the field of Information Technology. From addressing the technology needs of the society to improving the existing needs of society, SIT research project efforts are enhanced through creative collaborations with other schools of the university, Information Technology firms and companies nationally and internationally, and Partner Universities at home and abroad. State-of-the-art tools and technologies are utilized with projects in machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, data analytics among others.

Some exciting projects we work on: facial recognition, virtual and augmented reality, internet of things (IoT), blockchain, hacking systems, car tracking systems, machine learning and artificial intelligence, intelligent chatbots, culture-based video games, recommender systems, object recognition for skin diseases, sign language recognition systems and many more.
